Canada Life is hiring a Director of Performance Management to support our newly launched Client Advisory Services (CAS) sales organization. In this role, you will lead the development of a comprehensive reporting ecosystem to deliver executive-level visibility into business performance, enabling informed decisions for sales leaders across our three major businesses.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Performance Management team to deliver performance insights and reporting for CAS.
- Work with sales leaders to develop and manage sales plans for each business.
- Build and evolve a reporting ecosystem covering sales and financial performance, operational tracking for sales productivity and client experience, and risk & compliance metrics.
- Own executive-level reporting, including Quarterly Function Reviews (QFR) and support for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Track, measure, and monitor performance against sales plans and maintain CAS KPIs aligned to growth objectives.
- Enhance advisor/agent-level reporting and expand reporting support for Pinnacle and FSC.
- Support sales leaders and HR with sales compensation and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with CAS leaders and key stakeholders to ensure alignment around reporting and shared success.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging AI and analytics to improve efficiency and insights.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in sales performance management, analytics, or similar leadership roles in complex organizations.
- Experience creating financial and performance models.
- Proficiency with data and reporting tools, including managing large data sets and building dashboards in tools like Power BI.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and developing talent.
- Expertise in turning data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Experience defining and managing sales targets and KPIs, and tracking performance across large, complex sales organizations.
- Understanding of sales operations, including financial reporting, performance metrics, and incentive program design and administration.
- A mindset for continuous improvement and innovation, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and find better ways of working.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across multiple teams and levels.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, able to work effectively with senior leaders, peers, and direct reports.
Nice to Have
- Strong background in financial analysis and data management, supported by professional experience or relevant certification.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $128,200 - $178,200 annually
