Vanta was looking for a Director, People Enablement

Vanta is seeking a Director, People Enablement to lead the strategy and programs that empower our employees to succeed and grow. In this role, you will own the vision and execution for our enablement initiatives, partnering closely with the business to build a culture of continuous development.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end People Enablement strategy, from vision and program design to execution and scaling.
  • Lead and refine company-wide onboarding to set new employees up for success.
  • Build and deliver programs that develop strong, effective managers.
  • Create pathways that prepare leaders for greater scope and impact.
  • Select and manage platforms that enable scalable, self-service learning.
  • Track program effectiveness, gather feedback, and iterate to maximize impact and retention.
  • Collaborate with People Partners and the Talent/Performance Programs Lead to align initiatives with business priorities.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a small but mighty team to deliver high-quality enablement programs.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, People Enablement, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years leading teams.
  • Proven track record in designing and scaling onboarding, manager, and leadership development programs in high-growth environments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link people development initiatives to company performance and culture.
  • Skilled in leveraging learning platforms and tools to create engaging, scalable learning experiences.
  • Exceptional collaborator and communicator, with experience influencing and partnering across all levels of an organization.

Team & Environment

You will build and lead a small but mighty team, partnering closely with People Partners and the Talent & Performance Programs Lead.
