Talkiatry is seeking a Director, Organic Growth to build and lead the strategy for scaling patient acquisition through organic channels. You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth by optimizing our presence across search, content, and lifecycle marketing.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the comprehensive organic growth strategy and roadmap.
- Lead SEO initiatives, from technical optimization to content strategy, to improve visibility and rankings.
- Build and execute content strategies that engage target audiences and support the patient journey.
- Own lifecycle marketing programs to maximize patient retention and lifetime value.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, clinical, and marketing teams to align on growth goals.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record in organic channels.
- Deep expertise in SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content-driven link building.
- Experience developing and managing a content strategy that drives measurable business growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools to inform strategy and report on ROI.
- Proven ability to build and lead strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the healthcare, technology, or DTC sectors.
- Background in a startup or high-growth company environment.
