At Jobgether, we are seeking a strategic Director of Oracle HCM Solutions to lead the vision, design, and deployment of enterprise Human Capital Management systems. In this role, you will combine your deep technical expertise with business acumen to guide clients and internal teams in delivering scalable, innovative solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Oracle HCM and ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.
Act as a senior advisor to clients, guiding them in optimizing HR, payroll, and workforce operations.
Drive presales initiatives by providing technical and functional expertise to high-value prospects and leading complex sales cycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative, scalable HCM solutions that adhere to industry best practices.
Represent Oracle HCM solutions at conferences, forums, and client meetings to promote competitive advantages.
Partner with executive leadership to refine strategy, identify growth opportunities, and align product offerings with market demands.
Lead proposal development for large and complex client engagements, communicating clear value propositions and ROI.
Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in HCM, ERP technologies, and workforce management solutions.
Mentor and develop presales and solution architect teams, fostering a culture of excellence and client-first mentality.
Act as a customer advocate, collecting feedback to improve product solutions and service delivery.

What We're Looking For

12–15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, ERP, or Supply Chain Management with a strong track record in presales and solution delivery.
Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERPSCM applications and workforce management solutions.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, set strategic vision, and manage large-scale global initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Ability and willingness to travel globally for client engagements, industry events, and internal collaboration.
Educational background: B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent from a reputed institution.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of competitive Oracle ERP solutions, industry trends, and digital transformation initiatives in HCM.
