Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of 10 marketing professionals, including three direct reports, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and ownership.
- Create and execute a strategic technology roadmap for performance marketing that aligns with business objectives and global customer acquisition goals.
- Act as a strategic liaison between Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure coordinated priorities and scalable technical implementations.
- Lead initiatives to automate marketing workflows, increasing operational efficiency and delivering measurable labor cost savings.
- Ensure marketing technology systems comply with global privacy regulations including GDPR and Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
- Improve campaign performance across channels by leveraging CRM automation, customer data platform segmentation, and custom bidding solutions in partnership with central technology teams.

- Bridge cross-functional teams: Serve as the strategic bridge between Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics, ensuring alignment on priorities and scalable solution delivery
- Drive automation & efficiency: Lead workflow and marketing automation initiatives, enabling significant FTE savings and double-digit cost efficiencies
- Ensure Governance & Compliance: Oversee marketing technology compliance, ensuring our stack and practices adhere to GDPR, Apple ATT, and other evolving global privacy regulations.
- Enhance targeting & measurement: Power our omnichannel campaigns with advanced targeting, CRM flows, and CDP segmentation. You will collaborate with central MarTech and AdTech teams to champion the development of custom bidding solutions and sophisticated measurement frameworks etc.
