  • Report on service performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to senior stakeholders
  • Support enterprise risk management through infrastructure-focused input and controls
  • Build and lead a distributed team or vendor ecosystem to support global operations

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven leadership in technology infrastructure and cybersecurity within international, multi-site environments
  • Deep technical knowledge of cloud platforms—especially Microsoft Azure—and enterprise networking
  • Experience managing outsourced services and leading vendor engagements
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices
  • Familiarity with 24x7 operational models and high-availability systems
  • Proficiency in ITIL and experience using ITSM platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and drive solutions in complex environments

Preferred Background

  • Knowledge of AWS environments
  • CISSP certification
