Role Overview

Join us as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where you’ll lead the evolution of our global recruiting function. You’ll be responsible for building a scalable, data-informed, and technology-powered talent acquisition engine that aligns with our strategic growth. This role combines leadership, operational rigor, and hands-on involvement in high-impact hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing recruiting team focused on efficiency and quality
  • Design and implement the future structure of the TA function, including capacity planning and sourcing models
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on workforce strategy and mission-critical hires
  • Directly manage senior and executive-level recruitment efforts
  • Launch and scale an internal sourcing capability from the ground up
  • Develop proactive talent pipelining and market intelligence practices
  • Define hiring service-level agreements and alignment processes across departments
  • Create performance metrics and dashboards that promote transparency and accountability
  • Lead the strategy and optimization of our applicant tracking system, with a preference for Greenhouse
  • Evaluate and integrate recruiting technologies, including AI-driven tools
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting, and quality-of-hire analysis
  • Standardize and improve recruiting processes across engineering, sales, and finance functions

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years managing teams
  • Proven track record in high-growth or startup environments
  • Experience hiring for technical, go-to-market, and finance roles
  • Direct involvement in VP and C-suite recruitment
  • Background in building and managing internal sourcing functions
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or comparable ATS platforms is strongly preferred
  • Prior agency experience is a plus

Work Environment

This role supports a globally distributed team with team members across the United States. You can work fully remotely within the U.S., or from one of our office hubs in NYC, Austin, Miami, or Mountain View. Remote employees should be aware that income may be subject to New York State tax withholding depending on location.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is complemented by a target bonus, with total on-target earnings ranging from $210K to $230K. The offer will reflect experience, skills, and internal equity. Equity is included as part of the package.
