What You'll Do
Shape the future of talent acquisition by designing and implementing a scalable, metrics-focused hiring engine. Lead a team of recruiters, providing coaching and direction to improve performance and efficiency. Collaborate with senior leaders to align hiring strategy with business goals, including workforce planning and executive-level placements.
Build an internal sourcing function from the ground up, leveraging outbound strategies and market intelligence to proactively identify top talent. Establish clear service-level agreements, reporting frameworks, and cross-functional workflows that ensure consistency across technical, sales, and finance hiring cycles. Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and optimize the organization’s ATS platform—Greenhouse experience is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in recruiting, with at least 3 years leading teams in fast-paced or startup environments
- Proven success hiring for engineering, data, sales, go-to-market, and finance roles
- Direct experience managing VP- and C-level search processes
- Track record of building and operating internal sourcing teams
- Strong command of recruiting technology, performance analytics, and process scalability

- Prior agency recruiting experience
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or comparable ATS platforms
