Simprints is hiring a Director of Strategic Partnerships - Remote

As Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will drive the vision and execution of collaborative programs that enhance data transparency and improve public service delivery in low-resource settings. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee a growing team and take ownership of Simprints’ most critical partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the strategic partnerships team, transforming relationships and evidence into scalable, funded initiatives
  • Identify and advance opportunities with government ministries, multilateral agencies, and donor organizations to close data gaps and expand verified service coverage
  • Guide partnerships from initial engagement through negotiation and contract finalization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with internal product, monitoring, evaluation, and implementation teams to ensure commitments are delivered effectively
  • Develop solutions tailored to partner needs while building long-term trust and credibility

Qualifications

Candidates must have substantial experience operating within African contexts, with a nuanced understanding of stakeholder dynamics in global health and development. Deep familiarity with ministry-level engagement and donor ecosystems is essential. Due to conflict of interest policies, applicants currently employed by a Ministry of Health or government agency cannot be considered. Experience working in Ghana is strongly preferred.

This is a remote position open to candidates in the UK or with demonstrated regional expertise in Africa. Salary will be discussed during initial screening, based on UK Grade M8 benchmarks.
