OpenSesame is hiring a Director of Strategic Partnerships to architect and lead our partner ecosystem. This role connects strategy to execution, partners to product, and opportunity to revenue. You will be a hands-on, player/coach leader who builds systems, drives outcomes, and leads by example.
What You'll Do
- Define and evolve OpenSesame’s partner strategy.
- Lead a global team of Strategic Partner Managers.
- Own the programmatic maturity of the partner ecosystem.
- Serve as an executive-level partner to both internal leaders and external stakeholders.
- Establish strategic clarity and ecosystem understanding within your first 60 days.
- Drive program insight and early impact within 60-90 days.
- Scale the Partner Operating System within 90-180 days.
- Deliver sustained ecosystem growth beyond 12 months.
- Serve as the executive owner for OpenSesame’s most strategic partners.
- Lead complex partnership opportunities end-to-end, including structuring models and executive negotiations.
