Marvin Behavioral Health is hiring a Director of Strategic Finance to play a pivotal role in our mission to end burnout for healthcare professionals and improve clinician wellbeing. You will work directly with our CEO, executive team, and board to deliver key insights that drive strategic planning and operational efficiency for our digital health platform.

What You'll Do

Own and evolve the company’s financial model, including scenario planning and fundraising support
Lead monthly forecasting and budget-to-actuals reporting across departments
Develop detailed revenue models and pipeline analytics in partnership with GTM leaders
Track key business KPIs, including revenue growth, CAC, LTV, and cash conversion cycles
Partner cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to forecast enrollment and retention
Lead special projects with the CEO to impact key business drivers
Build dashboards and reporting to inform internal teams and the board
Support pricing strategy and packaging analysis based on customer data and trends
Collaborate with Product and Clinical Operations to support budget management
Prepare materials for board meetings, investors, and strategic partners
Stand up scalable finance processes, systems, and internal controls

What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, and/or high-growth startups
Expert fluency in financial modeling and forecasting, with deep Excel/Google Sheets, NetSuite, and Jirav expertise
Familiarity with B2B2C financial models, including core operational metrics around LTV/CAC
Deep familiarity with revenue cycle management and insurance payer billing, including reimbursement timelines and fee schedules
Comfortable analyzing sales pipelines and working cross functionally with GTM teams
Demonstrated ability to build and operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Excellent communication skills to synthesize and present complex ideas to stakeholders
A proactive, detail-oriented individual excited to build foundational infrastructure
