Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or related fields
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic alliances
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex contracts and deal structures
- Ability to operate as an individual contributor while leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing decision-making
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI, data, analytics, or enterprise technology ecosystems preferred
- Experience building or scaling alliance programs in a high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including certifications, incentives, and GTM alignment
- Track record of creating measurable impact through joint partner initiatives
- Experience aligning technical, sales, and marketing teams around shared partnership goals
- Familiarity with partner-driven revenue models and co-sell strategies
