About the Role
This position is responsible for leading all sales activities across North America, driving revenue growth, and building a scalable sales organization. The individual will shape strategy, manage team performance, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and expand the North American sales team
- Establish key performance metrics and monitor team performance

- Build relationships with strategic accounts and enterprise clients
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and demand generation
- Forecast sales performance and report results to executive leadership
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Negotiate complex deals and close high-value contracts
- Ensure alignment between sales goals and company objectives
- Optimize sales processes and customer engagement workflows
- Manage pipeline health and conversion rates across regions
- Support product development through customer feedback insights
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
- Maintain up-to-date CRM data and reporting accuracy
- Drive adoption of sales enablement tools and training programs
- Evaluate competitive landscape and adjust go-to-market approach
- Coordinate cross-functionally with customer success and support teams
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards
