About the Role

This position is responsible for leading all sales activities across North America, driving revenue growth, and building a scalable sales organization. The individual will shape strategy, manage team performance, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the North American sales team
  • Establish key performance metrics and monitor team performance
  • Drive market expansion and customer acquisition across key verticals
  • Build relationships with strategic accounts and enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and demand generation
  • Forecast sales performance and report results to executive leadership
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Negotiate complex deals and close high-value contracts
  • Ensure alignment between sales goals and company objectives
  • Optimize sales processes and customer engagement workflows
  • Manage pipeline health and conversion rates across regions
  • Support product development through customer feedback insights
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM data and reporting accuracy
  • Drive adoption of sales enablement tools and training programs
  • Evaluate competitive landscape and adjust go-to-market approach
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with customer success and support teams
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
