PartsBase Inc. is hiring a Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for the world's largest online Aviation Marketplace and SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base, strengthening industry relationships, and scaling our impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of sales professionals to exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on new business acquisition.
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with a hunter-first mindset.
- Build strong relationships with aviation and aerospace clients, OEMs, MROs, and suppliers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
