About the Role

Lead and scale a sales team to achieve revenue targets by building relationships with clients and optimizing sales processes in a fast-paced media environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Monitor market trends and adapt sales approaches accordingly
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives
  • Report on sales performance to senior leadership
  • Set quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Optimize sales workflows and CRM utilization
  • Drive client retention and upsell initiatives
  • Represent the organization at industry events and meetings
  • Analyze sales data to inform strategy adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards
  • Foster a results-driven and collaborative team culture
  • Coordinate with product teams to relay customer feedback
