Hopper is hiring a Director of Sales - HTS Media (100% Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market advertisers to boost revenue and foster enduring partnerships
  • Direct full-cycle sales processes, from prospecting and strategic pitching to negotiation and closing deals
  • Create multi-quarter and annual media partnerships, including tailored sponsorships and data-driven solutions
  • Act as the main senior contact for key advertiser relationships
  • Work closely with Account Management, Analytics, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure strong campaign performance and retention
  • Identify and execute opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across the advertising product suite
  • Shape the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by providing advertiser feedback and market insights
  • Maintain precise pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline, with a strong understanding of deal strategy and timing

  • Serve as the primary senior point of contact for key advertiser relationships
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management, Analytics, Product, and Leadership teams to deliver strong campaign performance and retention
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Hopper’s advertising product suite
  • Influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by sharing advertiser feedback and market insights
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline, with a strong command of deal strategy and timing
