Cyderes was looking for a Director of Sales Enablement

Cyderes is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement to own the strategic development and execution of programs designed to empower our sales team. You will be responsible for building and leading enablement initiatives that directly impact sales productivity and performance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive sales enablement strategy.
  • Develop training programs, content, and tools to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and implement targeted solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of sales methodologies and best practices across the team.
  • Measure and report on the impact of enablement programs on key sales metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a sales enablement leadership role, preferably as a Director.
  • Strong background in designing and scaling enablement programs for a sales organization.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
