Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and consistently meet annual and quarterly revenue goals.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of account executives, tracking performance against quotas, new customer acquisition, and account growth.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to ensure clear, honest, and ongoing communication with team members.
- Enhance team selling capabilities through continuous training, focus on solution-based approaches, and performance metric optimization.
- Create and improve standardized sales processes, including playbooks and communication scripts.
- Support the development of product-specific sales guides that link data-driven insights to solutions addressing key customer challenges.
- Sustain a pipeline of potential hires by ongoing outreach, networking, and candidate interviews.
- Track team access and proficiency with sales enablement tools and licensed resources.
- Partner with Sales Enablement, Product, and Product Marketing teams to refine training programs for new product features and launches.
