The Director of Sales, Cloud at Micron Technology will lead sales strategy and execution for cloud and AI platform providers, driving design-in activity for advanced memory and storage solutions. This role involves managing a high-performing sales team, shaping customer and internal product roadmaps, and building strategic relationships with senior leaders at top cloud platforms.
What You'll Do
- Lead segment and account strategy for neo-cloud and AI-native platform providers
- Develop and mentor a team of Account Managers to drive customer engagement and execution discipline
- Grow design activity across AI training/inference systems, cloud compute, and storage architectures
- Oversee revenue performance, demand forecasting, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations
- Align cross-functional teams to customer requirements and market trends in AI and cloud infrastructure
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, cloud, AI infrastructure, or high-performance systems markets
- Proven experience selling into cloud, hyperscale, or complex technical environments
- Experience leading high-performing sales or account management teams
- Strong understanding of DRAM, NAND, HBM, and emerging memory technologies
Nice to Have
- MBA
- Experience handling complex commercial agreements or long-term partnerships
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar sales management tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Compensation includes a salary range of $159,600.00 - $331,100.00 a year, with additional compensation potentially including equity, bonuses, and benefits.
