Join a distinguished beachfront resort as Director of Rooms, where you will lead key departments that shape the guest journey. This role is responsible for managing housekeeping, front office, concierge, and guest relations teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of rooms division, ensuring consistency with service standards and brand expectations
- Develop and mentor team leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality
- Collaborate with revenue and marketing teams to optimize room readiness, occupancy flow, and guest satisfaction
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and guest experience
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability protocols across all guest-facing areas
Qualifications
Candidates should bring proven leadership in upscale or luxury hotel operations, with a track record in team development and service quality. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred, along with fluency in English and strong organizational skills. Experience with IHG brands or global hotel systems is an asset.
