Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations of offshore and onshore revenue cycle management teams to assign complex cases appropriately.
- Manage the full claim lifecycle with weekly audits of adjustments and denials to uphold quality benchmarks.
- Own key performance indicators such as Days in Accounts Receivable and Net Collection Rate, driving operational changes when targets are not met.
- Lead revenue cycle integration for new clinic rollouts, overseeing provider enrollment and front-desk process design.
- Collaborate with Medical Directors using data tools to illustrate how clinical documentation speed affects financial outcomes.
- Serve as the primary billing expert for engineering, specifying automation needs and validating proprietary billing software.
- Investigate discrepancies in billing systems and prepare detailed reports for executive financial review.
- Work with Accounting to reconcile billing data with the General Ledger for a 5-day month-end close.
- Ensure precision in Net Realizable Value models and short-term cash flow projections for corporate planning.
- Analyze accounts receivable aging to assess collectibility and advise Accounting on data-supported write-offs.
- Perform additional duties as required.
