HireHawk is hiring a Director of Recruiting Operations to design, optimize, and scale our core recruiting engine. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting operations function, ensuring our teams operate within clear, efficient systems that improve speed, quality, and experience.
What You'll Do
- Own and continuously improve HireHawk’s end-to-end recruiting workflows, from intake to placement and onboarding.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across recruiting pipelines and implement scalable solutions.
- Design standardized, repeatable processes that support high-volume hiring across multiple roles and markets.
- Partner with Recruiting, Sourcing, and Account Management teams to reduce average time-to-placement.
- Define, track, and report on core recruiting KPIs, including time-to-fill, time-to-placement, pipeline conversion, candidate quality, and recruiter productivity.
- Own recruiting dashboards and performance reviews, translating data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Establish operational benchmarks and continuous improvement cycles.
- Monitor candidate and client touchpoints to improve satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Ensure consistent, high-quality communication and experience across all recruiting stages.
- Drive initiatives that improve transparency, responsiveness, and trust with both candidates and clients.
- Own the recruiting tech stack, including ATS, CRM, automation tools, scheduling, and reporting.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools to improve speed, accuracy, and visibility.
- Ensure recruiters and sourcers are properly trained on systems, workflows, and best practices.
- Act as the operational bridge between Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, People Ops, and Leadership.
- Partner closely with Marketing on lead flow, candidate messaging, and inbound quality.
- Coach and support recruiting leaders on execution, accountability, and performance management.
- Lead change management initiatives as HireHawk scales.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, staffing operations, or talent acquisition leadership.
- Proven track record of building and scaling recruiting processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and managing recruiting metrics.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/CRMs and recruiting automation tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for operational excellence, candidate experience, and scalable growth.

- Prior experience in a staffing agency, recruitment firm, or high-volume recruiting environment.
