HireHawk is hiring a Director of Recruiting Operations (Remote, LatAm)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and refine full-cycle recruiting processes from initial intake through placement and onboarding.
  • Pinpoint inefficiencies in hiring pipelines and implement scalable fixes.
  • Develop standardized, repeatable hiring procedures to support large-scale recruitment across diverse roles and regions.
  • Collaborate with recruiting, sourcing, and client-facing teams to shorten time-to-placement.
  • Define, monitor, and report key performance metrics such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, candidate quality, and recruiter output.
  • Maintain recruiting dashboards and lead performance reviews, turning data into strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Set operational benchmarks and lead continuous improvement efforts.
  • Track candidate and client interactions to boost satisfaction and Net Promoter Score.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality communication throughout all stages of the hiring journey.
  • Lead programs that increase transparency, responsiveness, and trust with candidates and clients.
  • Oversee the full recruiting technology suite, including applicant tracking, CRM, automation, scheduling, and reporting tools.
  • Assess, deploy, and refine tools to enhance speed, accuracy, and visibility in hiring operations.
  • Train recruiters and sourcers on systems, workflows, and best practices.
  • Serve as the operational link between recruiting, sales, marketing, people operations, and executive leadership.
  • Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality, candidate engagement, and inbound messaging.
  • Mentor recruiting leaders in execution, accountability, and performance tracking.
  • Lead change management initiatives as the organization scales.
