Osmind is looking for a Director of RCM to lead our revenue cycle management strategy and operations. You will be responsible for building and scaling our billing, collections, and financial workflows to support the company’s growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement scalable RCM strategies and processes
- Lead and optimize all aspects of billing, claims submission, and collections
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements
- Analyze financial data to drive revenue optimization and reduce denial rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product and business objectives
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing RCM operations
- Deep knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and payer policies
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive financial decisions
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
