UserWise Services is hiring a Director of Products to lead product strategy for a portfolio of high-profile casual games in the arcade, puzzle, and trivia genres. You will mentor and scale a team, oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to live-ops, and collaborate directly with major intellectual property holders.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the product vision for a portfolio of high-profile casual games.
- Collaborate directly with major intellectual property holders to translate world-famous characters into engaging gameplay.
- Mentor, manage, and scale a team of Product Managers and Designers.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to live-ops, ensuring a steady cadence of features and content.
- Deep dive into game economy and player behavior data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze trends in the arcade, puzzle, and trivia markets to ensure titles remain competitive.
- Work closely with Engineering, Art, and UA teams to align product goals with technical feasibility and marketing.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in product management within the mobile gaming industry.
- Significant time spent in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in casual games, with specific mastery of arcade, puzzle, and trivia mechanics.
- Extensive understanding of LiveOps strategies, economy design, and monetization in free-to-play ecosystems.
- Expert proficiency in analyzing data and KPIs to make informed product decisions.
- Exceptional ability to inspire teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Genuine love for the casual market and a pulse on what makes a game fun and addictive.
- Fluent in English.
