UserWise Services is hiring a Director of Products to lead product strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-profile casual games in arcade, puzzle, and trivia genres. You will mentor and scale a team, overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept to live-ops.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the product vision for a portfolio of high-profile casual games, specifically in the arcade, puzzle, and trivia genres.
- Collaborate directly with major intellectual property holders to translate world-famous characters and universes into engaging, casual gameplay experiences.
- Mentor, manage, and scale a team of Product Managers and Designers.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to live-ops, ensuring a steady cadence of features, events, and content updates.
- Deep dive into game economy and player behavior data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze trends in the arcade, puzzle, and trivia markets to ensure titles remain competitive and innovative.
- Work closely with Engineering, Art, and UA teams to align product goals with technical feasibility and marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in product management within the mobile gaming industry, with significant time spent in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in casual games, with specific mastery of arcade, puzzle, and trivia mechanics.
- Extensive understanding of LiveOps strategies, economy design, and monetization in free-to-play ecosystems.
- Expert proficiency in analyzing data and KPIs to make informed product decisions.
- Exceptional ability to inspire teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- A genuine love for the casual market and a pulse on what makes a game fun and addictive.
- Fluent in English.

- Demonstrated experience working with major licensors or iconic entertainment brands.
