Responsibilities
- Define product features, workflows, and data needs by guiding customer discovery, prioritization, and performance tracking across the product lifecycle
- Engage extensively with current and potential customers, as well as partners, to understand core use cases in payment authorization across industries
- Develop clear and justified product requirements within the shared platform, advocating for Flow’s strategic priorities amid competing engineering demands
- Collaborate closely with engineering as the owner of product intent, providing market and user context to inform technical decisions
- Partner with product design to ensure the interface meets the usability and efficiency standards of institutional users
- Work with go-to-market teams to shape messaging, positioning, and launch strategies that align product capabilities with buyer needs
- Maintain expert-level understanding of stablecoins, digital payments, competitive dynamics, partner ecosystems, and regulatory changes
- Establish and monitor key success metrics including transaction volume, customer retention, time-to-first-value, and revenue expansion
