About the Role
This role is responsible for leading and managing operational activities across the West Region, driving performance improvements, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and aligning field operations with corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across multiple field locations in the western United States
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and service delivery
- Oversee project execution to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to resolve issues
- Manage resource allocation, including personnel and equipment
- Support contract negotiations and scope development with clients
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational workflows
- Maintain accurate reporting systems for operational data
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams to support field operations
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Develop and mentor operations managers and supervisors
- Implement training programs to enhance workforce capabilities
- Oversee budget planning and cost control measures
- Evaluate operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Work closely with HR on staffing, retention, and performance management
- Ensure alignment between field operations and corporate strategy
- Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance
