Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of implementation strategy and execution delivery.
  • Guarantee timely, on-scope project completions with strong client satisfaction.
  • Develop and refine implementation processes, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Promote consistency and growth capacity without compromising service quality.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-achieving support team.
  • Set service level agreements, key performance indicators, and operational benchmarks.
  • Enhance speed of issue resolution, client satisfaction scores, and workflow efficiency.
  • Create formal feedback channels with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Develop and manage the framework for partner integration and certification.
  • Ensure all implementation partners are trained and effective in delivery.
  • Offer continuous assistance and oversight to external implementation teams.
  • Develop reusable documentation and knowledge transfer systems for scale.
  • Mentor, guide, and grow both managerial and frontline staff.
  • Establish measurable performance standards across implementation and support functions.
  • Develop models for workforce forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Foster a culture of ongoing optimization and responsibility.
