Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of implementation strategy and execution delivery.
- Guarantee timely, on-scope project completions with strong client satisfaction.
- Develop and refine implementation processes, tools, and industry best practices.
- Promote consistency and growth capacity without compromising service quality.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-achieving support team.
- Set service level agreements, key performance indicators, and operational benchmarks.
- Enhance speed of issue resolution, client satisfaction scores, and workflow efficiency.
- Create formal feedback channels with Product and Engineering teams.
- Develop and manage the framework for partner integration and certification.
- Ensure all implementation partners are trained and effective in delivery.
- Offer continuous assistance and oversight to external implementation teams.
- Develop reusable documentation and knowledge transfer systems for scale.
- Mentor, guide, and grow both managerial and frontline staff.
- Establish measurable performance standards across implementation and support functions.
- Develop models for workforce forecasting and capacity planning.
- Foster a culture of ongoing optimization and responsibility.
