Valiente Mott Injury Attorneys is hiring a Director of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function. This is a key leadership role for our mission-driven firm, offering the opportunity to shape strategy and scale our efforts from the ground up as we grow across multiple states.
What You'll Do
- Help lead and expand our marketing efforts at a firm that’s rapidly growing across multiple states.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Build systems that scale.
What We're Looking For
- Digital marketing experience, specifically Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-starter mindset with a desire to grow professionally.
Nice to Have
- Background in legal marketing, especially personal injury, is a plus.
