About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies targeting institutional investors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within asset management firms and insurance companies
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with research and portfolio management teams to tailor client solutions
- Present investment strategies and performance to prospective and current clients
- Drive revenue growth through targeted outreach and market analysis
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Monitor competitive landscape and adapt approach accordingly
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all client interactions
- Translate client feedback into product and service improvements
- Work closely with marketing to develop compelling client materials
- Oversee the preparation of RFPs and due diligence questionnaires
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and market trends
- Support onboarding of new institutional accounts
Compensation
