Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with major donors through the full giving cycle, from initial contact to stewardship and renewal.
- Develop and manage a mid-level donor program to strengthen the donor pipeline and increase long-term giving capacity.
- Act as a primary representative to donors and community stakeholders, fostering strategic partnerships and participating in key outreach events.
- Lead communications with stakeholders to boost engagement, visibility, and support for continued and expanded contributions.
Responsibilities
- Create and own a portfolio of major gift donors including identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and renewal.
- Build out and run a mid-level giving program to create a stronger pipeline of donors.
- Serve as a face of Primer to donors and community members building strategic relationships and representing Primer at key events.
- Manage stakeholder communications toward increased awareness and engagement leading to gift renewals and increased gifts.
