Clearer.io is looking for a Director of HR to lead and shape our people operations. You will be the primary architect of our HR strategy, directly impacting our culture and supporting our team's growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead all core HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Establish and nurture a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations
- Partner with leadership to provide guidance on organizational development and change management
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of building and scaling HR functions in a dynamic environment
- Deep expertise in UK employment law and HR best practices
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into operational plans
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

This is an onsite position based at our office in Leicester.
