Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, Golf Courses is hiring a Director of Golf Instruction to lead the development and delivery of all instructional programming. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive vision for golf instruction at the university’s facilities.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and oversee all golf instruction programs tailored to all skill levels, including private lessons, group clinics, and junior programs.
- Promote instructional programs through social media, email marketing, website content, and community events.
- Provide a high standard of customer service to all students and facility patrons.
- Act as a golf club-fitting specialist and work with vendors to properly custom-fit guests.
- Assist with the Golf Shop counter point of sale operation when needed.
- Assist with merchandise orders, displays, and overall sales.
- Assist with tournaments, leagues, and events when needed.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
