Role Summary: The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will be a critical strategic leader within our Finance organization. Reporting to the VP of Finance & Controller, this role will drive financial insights, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to support our next growth phase. This professional will work closely with Operations, Marketing, and People teams to provide financial visibility, shape resource allocation, and support strategic initiatives that expand care access, improve efficiency, and enhance the patient and employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Financial Planning: Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and operational goals - Forecasting & Performance Management: Develop robust KPI models providing actionable performance insights for leadership - Business Partnership: Collaborate with operational leaders to optimize clinic performance, patient experience, and strategic initiatives through data-driven financial analysis - Decision Support & Insights: Transform complex financial data into clear strategic recommendations for executive decision-making - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor connecting financial outcomes to operational drivers - Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team embodying collaborative and innovative values - Process & Systems Improvement: Implement tools and practices enhancing forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency - Board & Investor Reporting: Support comprehensive financial performance presentations Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics - 8-10+ years progressive FP&A and corporate budget experience - Proven cross-functional partnership in multi-site healthcare organizations - MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred - Private equity or high-growth healthcare experience preferred - Financial planning and business intelligence platform expertise preferred Employment Details: - Full-time exempt position with potential limited travel - Salary range: $175,000-$220,000 Benefits: - Competitive medical, dental, vision plans - Paid time off - Commuter and insurance benefits - 401k matching - Fertility and parental leave programs - Career development opportunities - Paid life and disability insurance Spring Fertility is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and creating a supportive work environment for all individuals.
