Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly financial close process and lead board reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and communication with investors.
- Deploy standardized financial planning and analysis frameworks, scenario models, dashboards, and fundraising resources across client engagements.
- Adapt financial processes—including revenue recognition, KPI monitoring, and cash runway assessments—to fit the specific stage and business model of each client.
- Act as the primary contact for financial risk issues, providing strategic guidance to founders and leadership teams on fundraising, pricing, and capital deployment.
- Lead regular finance review meetings to create actionable plans that drive growth and improve profitability.
- Work with internal teams to gather client insights, enhance fractional finance services, and test emerging tools such as BI integrations and forecasting platforms.
- Provide mentorship to junior consultants, reviewing their work and guiding them in financial best practices.
- Monitor and report on key client outcomes, including successful fundraising rounds, forecast accuracy gains, and margin improvements.
