EX Squared is seeking a Director of Finance to provide strategic leadership and oversight for our financial operations. You will play a key role in shaping the financial direction of the company.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and long-term planning
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee cash flow management and ensure financial health
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and compliance
- Partner with executive leadership to drive business decisions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, such as Director or VP
- Expert knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and accounting principles
- Strong track record of building and managing financial systems and teams
- Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Work Mode
This position is remote from Texas. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside within the state of Texas.
