Responsibilities
- Lead financial operations across a group of software businesses with strong performance standards
- Supervise accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and compliance functions to deliver accurate results under US GAAP
- Guide offshore finance personnel with an emphasis on performance quality and ongoing process refinement
- Ensure month-end closing is completed according to defined schedules, such as T+6 deadlines
- Review and prepare monthly financial reports, performance variances, key metrics, and management summaries
- Maintain accurate practices for account reconciliation, revenue recording, and expense categorization
- Lead yearly budget formulation and quarterly updates to financial forecasts for designated companies
- Evaluate financial and operational patterns to uncover risks and growth areas, collaborating with chief executives to enhance outcomes
- Support executive decisions using data analysis and financial modeling under various scenarios
- Manage financial integration of new acquisitions, including policy harmonization, system implementation, and control frameworks
- Collaborate with departments to roll out consistent standard operating procedures across the portfolio
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate or improve finance workflows
- Coordinate with audit teams, both internal and external, to meet global and legal audit requirements
- Uphold robust internal controls and adherence to accounting standards and regional laws
