Hilton is looking for a Director of Finance to be an integral part of the hotel's 4D leadership structure. In this role, you will be responsible for all accounting and financial requirements in an environment of tight control, providing technical expertise and support to maximize value and develop the quality of the Finance function.

What You'll Do

Manage all accounting records and financial reports, ensuring compliance with company, owner, statutory, and fiscal requirements.
Ensure the balance sheet fairly reflects hotel assets and liabilities through regular account reviews and reconciliations.
Maintain a robust system of internal controls over assets, liabilities, revenue, and costs, in compliance with company policy.
Ensure legal, tax, and insurance compliance, and manage applicable pension schemes.
Oversee the safekeeping of all leases and contracts affecting the hotel's financial status.
Liaise with Internal and External Audit and ensure an effective in-hotel audit program.
Develop and implement best practice financial accounting, control procedures, and high-quality management reporting.
Provide financial support and commercial advice to the General Manager and hotel team, interpreting financial data and proposing value-added initiatives.
Support business development, major pricing decisions, and the implementation of financial systems.
Act as the guardian of data integrity flowing into the accounting system.
Utilize project evaluation techniques, prepare the annual capital plan, and perform post-investment audits.
Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, providing regular alerts on business trends to Senior Management.

Team & Environment

This role is part of the 4D structure within the hotel, providing support and technical expertise to other team members. You will report directly to the General Manager.
