Responsibilities
- Adapt global training programs to fit regional market development levels, languages, and local business norms to drive localized success.
- Regularly evaluate sales team capabilities and performance to uncover regional skill deficiencies.
- Serve as the key strategic advisor to regional sales leaders in the Americas, aligning training goals with revenue objectives.
- Oversee a high-impact onboarding process that accelerates time-to-productivity for new sales hires across diverse time zones.
- Promote consistent use of the organization's sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, Command of the Message) to improve pipeline accuracy and deal execution.
- Partner with Product Marketing to deliver training on new capabilities within the Security Cloud and Agent Cloud platforms.
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of enablement efforts using CRM systems like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms such as Clari and Salesloft.
- Evaluate program success using performance indicators including quota achievement, win rates, and adoption of new product strategies.
