Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for federal clients, cultivating long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership while guiding them through product adoption and training.
- Lead the creation and implementation of training programs to ensure client teams can effectively use Guardian products and platforms.
- Collect and analyze client input to inform product improvements and uncover potential enhancements or new service offerings.
- Coordinate across departments to support on-time delivery of products and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Partner with business development to expand client utilization of existing products and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Use client engagements and professional networks to generate qualified leads, supporting marketing and sales efforts to convert prospects.
