Fintua, part of CluneTech, is hiring a Director of Enterprise Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching an award-winning SaaS tax compliance solution, generating deals, and managing end-to-end sales pursuits from SMEs to Corporations. You will report directly to the Global Head of Sales.
What You'll Do
- Pitch an award-winning SaaS solution and close deals with businesses from SMEs to Corporations.
- Generate deals and revenue by managing end-to-end sales pursuits, including sourcing, generating, qualifying, pursuing, and closing platform and services deals.
- Conduct market research, identify TAM, and build strategic go-to-market plans.
- Systematically build and nurture a pipeline of referred and new opportunities.
- Take a consultative approach to investigate business needs and uncover new opportunities.
- Oversee deal-specific negotiations to ensure progression against targets and successful close.
- Improve sales processes by bringing best practices.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in SaaS solution sales to SMEs and Corporates.
- A demonstrated track record of commercial achievements, meeting or exceeding pre-agreed targets.
- A reputation for rolling up your sleeves and getting results with drive, passion, and determination.
- Prior experience leading end-to-end technical solutions, from generating to closing, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Robust sales methodology and execution.
- Successfully built a book of business within a similar industry.
- Superb time management, judgment, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
- Expert high-impact communication and presentation capabilities.
- High intellectual and emotional intelligence and an innate ability to focus on partner and client needs.
- Background in prospecting, creating deals from scratch, and closing new business.
- Credibility at all levels, including C-level, and evidence of building strong relationships.
- High professional and personal standards: thorough, organized, and conscientious.
- Ability to own and drive multiple opportunities through their cycles.
- Creativity, team player mindset, and resilience.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent English.
