Responsibilities
- Establish clear accountability structures across the organization, driving delivery predictability and ensuring every team understands what they own and why it matters
- Coach and grow engineering managers and individual contributors through candid feedback, structured career conversations, and a commitment to building teams people want to stay on
- Systematically improve ways of working — including accelerating AI adoption across the SDLC — by introducing new practices that measurably change team behavior
- Actively build Dashlane's technical brand in the local engineering community through thought leadership, event participation, and network development, turning visibility into a long-term recruiting advantage
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- 5+ years of experience in people management (ideally in a distributed environment)
- 3+ years of experience in managing managers and senior technical ICs (ideally in a distributed environment)
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have
- A candidate already actively adopting AI tools in their current work, with a clear and informed perspective on how AI impacts team delivery, productivity, and engineering quality
- Ability to articulate how to measure AI impact and define the transition metrics that matter
- Experience with a company at roughly Dashlane's size and scaling up
- Experience working in a distributed team across multiple timezones
- BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar relevant field
