Greenburg Traurig is hiring a Director of eDiscovery to take a leadership role in managing complex litigation and investigation matters. You will be a key strategic partner to attorneys and legal teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle for large-scale litigation and investigations.
- Develop and implement project plans, workflows, and data management strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and costs for eDiscovery services and technology.
- Advise case teams on preservation, collection, processing, review, and production best practices.
- Stay current on Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, case law, and emerging technologies impacting eDiscovery.
What We're Looking For
- Substantial, proven experience directing eDiscovery in a law firm, corporate legal department, or consulting environment.
- Deep expertise in eDiscovery platforms, data processing, and review workflows.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of managing budgets and timelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to legal professionals.
- Thorough understanding of legal holds, data privacy considerations, and production protocols.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position requiring a mix of in-office and remote work. You must be located near and able to work from our Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco, CA office.
