About the Role
This position leads the distribution sales function for the EMEA region, overseeing partner relationships, sales execution, and strategic planning to achieve revenue targets and strengthen market presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the regional distribution sales strategy
- Manage and grow a network of distribution partners across EMEA
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution
- Build strong relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to meet regional demands
- Collaborate with marketing to align channel promotions and campaigns
- Set performance targets for distribution partners and track results
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates
- Lead partner enablement programs to improve sales effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and sales policies
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion potential
- Coordinate with regional sales teams to align efforts
- Resolve partner conflicts and escalations promptly
- Drive adoption of new products through channel partners
- Conduct regular business reviews with key distributors
- Develop training materials and resources for partner teams
- Evaluate partner performance and recommend improvements
- Support recruitment of new distribution partners where needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales data and metrics
- Promote a culture of accountability and performance
- Work closely with product teams to relay market feedback
- Optimize distribution margins and pricing strategies
- Lead quarterly planning sessions with channel leadership
- Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings
