Gate is looking for a Director of Data Development to lead our Big Data and AI initiatives. You will architect and execute the data strategy that powers our analytics and machine learning capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Lead and scale the data development strategy for the Big Data/AI team
- Design and implement robust, scalable data architectures and pipelines
- Drive the adoption of best practices in data governance, quality, and security
- Oversee the development of data products and services that enable advanced analytics and AI models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a Big Data, AI, or analytics domain
- Deep expertise in data architecture, engineering, and platform development
- Strong track record of building and managing high-performing technical teams
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills
