As Director of Analytics and Consulting, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of data experts, researchers, and consultants, shaping the strategic direction of a growing global practice. Your leadership will drive business development, expand client relationships, and enhance the delivery of data-powered advisory services to universities, governments, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Analytics and Consulting team, aligning with organizational growth goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, international team of consultants and analysts.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding new client acquisition and strengthening retention through value-driven engagements.
- Collaborate with regional account managers to refine the commercial cycle—from lead generation to project delivery.
- Advise higher education institutions on international student recruitment using real-time market intelligence.
- Forge partnerships with consulting firms to integrate proprietary data into their service offerings.
- Identify innovative ways to leverage large-scale education datasets for strategic insights and product development.
- Represent the organization at global conferences, contributing to industry knowledge through whitepapers, webinars, and presentations.
- Travel internationally several times a year to engage clients and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in strategic business development with experience engaging C-level clients.
- Experience scaling data-driven consulting or insight services in an international setting.
- Strong leadership background managing diverse, cross-cultural teams.

Work Environment
This role supports hybrid working, with options to be based remotely in the UK or at the headquarters in Eindhoven, Netherlands. The position combines remote flexibility with regular office collaboration and international travel. The team operates in a forward-thinking, data-centric environment, rooted in innovation and global educational advancement. English is the primary working language; Dutch is not required.
