Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 12 to 15 Account Executives to build a top-tier sales force
- Track and analyze performance metrics for Account Executives in the designated region
- Ensure pipeline accuracy and conduct weekly reviews to support forecasting and goal attainment
- Assist team members in closing deals, overcoming objections, reviving stalled opportunities, and executing skill development plans
- Ensure precise reporting and effective management of sales pipelines
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks and direct team activities efficiently
- Use data analytics and reporting systems to track KPIs, spot improvement areas, and deliver targeted coaching
- Promote the use of AI-enhanced sales platforms to boost team efficiency and data-based decision-making
- Encourage innovation in sales practices by simplifying processes and automating routine tasks through technology
- Demonstrate mastery in prospecting, negotiation, closing, and core sales techniques required to exceed quotas
- Address daily operational needs and support the sales team’s ongoing success
