McKesson is seeking a Director, Network Growth to drive the growth, adoption, experience, and engagement of our Prior Authorization (PA) and Provider Network. This pivotal role focuses on expanding our network through key areas like NPI Growth, Specific Therapeutic Area Growth, and launching new platforms.
What You'll Do
- Drive new provider growth through a dedicated sales team, focusing on CoverMyMeds’ Portal, Health Systems, EHRs, and Strategic Provider Partners.
- Ensure organic growth by partnering with Customer Success, Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Product to drive adoption and engagement.
- Partner with Marketing to design a high-ROI tradeshow strategy and represent the company at key customer events.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and engage a customer advisory board.
- Partner closely with Product and Marketing on readiness and execution for new products and features, including sales team training.
- Drive the launch, adoption, and user engagement for the Universal Starting Platform, managing the beta-to-MVP-to-general availability process.
- Enhance, implement, and standardize sales processes and policies, including pipeline management and reporting using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Regularly interact with senior management on network growth and make cross-functional recommendations for growth levers.
- Design and launch a refined SIP plan to drive future growth needs and migrate SIP processes to the McKesson SIP Center of Excellence.
- Foster a culture aligned with I2CARE and ILEAD values, build talent, provide mentorship, and lead other functions with data-based recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in healthcare or healthcare technology.
- 10+ years in business development and/or sales roles focused on creating win-wins for stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, scientific, and data-based decision-making skills.
- Pragmatic approach with a focus on execution and results.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
- Experience with EHR integration and healthcare technology standards.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant growth.
- Strategic planning and execution experience.
- Team management experience, including remote teams.
Nice to Have
- MBA preferred.

- Compensation range: $161,300 - $268,800.
