About the Role

Leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to support product commercialization, market expansion, and brand positioning within a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional planning initiatives to support product launch and lifecycle management
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align field execution with marketing plans
  • Oversee creation of key marketing deliverables and campaign materials
  • Guide positioning and messaging frameworks for target audiences
  • Support pricing and market access strategies through marketing insights
  • Manage agency relationships and external creative partners
  • Lead brand performance measurement and KPI tracking
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all marketing activities
  • Facilitate internal stakeholder alignment across departments
  • Present strategic updates to senior leadership
  • Drive customer-centric innovation in marketing approaches
  • Evaluate new market opportunities and expansion potential
  • Integrate real-world evidence and clinical data into marketing narratives
  • Optimize budget allocation across marketing initiatives
  • Mentor and develop marketing team members
  • Maintain up-to-date competitive intelligence reporting
  • Support lifecycle planning for existing products

Therapeutic Area Focus

This role centers on products within the radioligand therapy and oncology space, requiring an understanding of nuclear medicine, targeted cancer treatments, and the regulatory pathways specific to diagnostic and therapeutic agents.
