Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a unified digital and automation rollout plan across all manufacturing locations.
- Evaluate and rank automation opportunities by defining challenges, outlining solutions, forecasting returns, and securing stakeholder buy-in.
- Oversee full lifecycle project delivery using internal teams, from technology selection to system integration, training, and long-term implementation.
- Build standardized, documented deployment guides to enable consistent replication of projects across facilities, improving speed and predictability over time.
- Collaborate with the AI Director to transition artificial intelligence tools from development into live factory environments.
- Establish data structure standards and quality benchmarks necessary for training AI models, aligning with enterprise-wide data and analytics goals.
