Comcast is looking for a Director, Leadership Development to act as the architect of leadership transformation across our global ranks. Based in Willow Grove, you will build what doesn't yet exist, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the CPO and executive stakeholders to fundamentally rethink leadership through velocity, adaptability, and business impact.
What You'll Do
- Own the global leadership agenda, integrating it with the company's growth trajectory and organizational ambition.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and senior leaders to spot risk and opportunity, building breakthrough solutions that shift outcomes.
- Translate complexity into clarity for Board and C-Suite, using data to provoke action.
- Imagine, design, and deploy bold, globally scalable leadership development experiences.
- Own full-cycle program execution with precision and agility.
- Treat measurement as a leadership discipline: test, learn, adapt, scale.
- Stay on the pulse of emerging trends, feedback, and disruption to use as fuel.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $166,000.00-$250,000.00
